Personal Records: 400m hurdles: 58,80 sec, on 400m: 55,27 sec, and on 800m: 2:08,83 (indoor)

TheG is the founder and dreamer of HedgehogHeavyLifting. Working with a wide variety of clients from professional athletes to amateur desk jockeys, he is renowned as 'The Wizard'.
While a calisthenics athlete at heart, but as a man, of course is into heavy lifting and extreme, strongman-workouts. He explores the more extreme edge of running by practicing parkour.

He is specialising in Corrective Exercise, and aims to resolve aches, pains and lingering injuries through a combination of movement, stretching and muscle massage.

Anya Malyarova

She is a born runner. Her relaxation and meditation is to zoom out and run for hours on end; and as a ex-gymnasts and an active lifter, she well understands the importance of proper posture and good running technique.

Anya's field is mobility and flexibility, as well as long-distance running. She possesses a very deep knowledge about the psychological challenges of long-distance sports - even from the physiological perspective (called Chemistry of Running).

She has her share in marathons and half-marathons in Berlin, Germany, and in Malta and Gozo.
