In my first book I wrote about how to start your runs so you instantly improve your form and cut the chances of injuries.
Now you can learn things I would only show to clients who's been already training with me for at least 6 months.

This is the knowledge of European and Hungarian National Champion athletes and athletic coaches from the US.

You will learn how to design and practice your own 10 step Athletic Warmup and 3 exercises to master the basics of plyometrics, called the Shock Method.

10 years of study and research, plus a 16 week training program built on what you are going to learn, with the recording of the sessions. So you don't have to remember everything.
